I have accounts at multiple banks and B1 is by far the easiest to deal with. This is my first experience with a small town bank and because of their exceptional service it will probably be my last because I plan on moving everything to them.

I think the app is really close to being great. 2 major issues: 1. It takes too long for deposits or debits to show up in the app. 2. When using business bill pay, it would be very convenient and give peace of mind if the amount used in bill pay was immediately removed from the account. Right now, it doesn’t show up until it has been shipped, received and also deposited. It’s difficult to know quickly how much is actually still in the account.

I opened my account with Business 1st over 10 years ago when there were only 2 locations, 1 in Baton Rouge and 1 in Shreveport. They were friendly and helpful then and are still to this day. Being a Senior it’s still nice when someone calls you by name and knows your children. I’ve had the opportunity to watch them grow methodically while never forgetting how they got there. Jude Melville and his team are outstanding. Dr Ronald Key
