Giving 4 bc usually the app is wonderful and so easy to use. It sometimes has a couple bugs. Currently I was experiencing some difficulties with making an order. Had to make it through the website which defeats the point of having an app. I do fully believe that the issue will be fixed. It would get confused when it came to paying. Tried putting in different payment methods and everything. I tried to report it in the app, but I’m not sure if I did it right so here I am. This is the longest and possibly least necessary review I ever made but hdjdhdfwusndb :)

This app deserves a praise! It’s user friendly and does everything you would a expect a market-place app to do! It has great features, like being able to use it to enter a queue at a physical store instead of getting a ticket when collecting a purchase. That was a brilliant idea! I also really appreciate that it’s available in English among other languages, makes life so much easier for those who like me are still learning Czech. 10/10

Alza app was getting worse until it reached the ultimate level of crapiness. After 10 image-verify prompts, countless of internal server errors messages, screens without images - I reinstalled the app. Now I can't get pass the white screen of death. Tested on 3 iPhones running the latest iOS. Issues before that? Heaven forbid if you were trying to pick up two orders at the same time - you'd be lucky to get ONE 'pick up your order at position X' in store. Every time I used a different iOS device, I was prompted to verify my identity via an sms. So going from an iPhone to an iPad forced me to grab my phone anyway. Folks, stop adding useless features just because you can and focus on actually making the app functional.
