Log in issue
I registered acc and confirmed it via email. But I can’t log in as it says my email doesn’t exist, it is impossible to change the password or create another acc under the same adr. Quite an experience.

problem with account
the app doesn't work properly, I registered my email, then tried to log in to the newly created account, 100% entered everything correctly, but it says that the account was not confirmed or not found. when I tried to create an account for this email again, it said that the email was already registered

App not working: problem solved with the helpline
The app was downloading the content for ages. I tried to reinstall it, but now I can’t even log in. It continuously says “something went wrong, try again later”. I tried via mobile data and via wifi, always with the same result. After placing the review problem solved with the helpline. All works perfectly now. The helpline got back to me very quickly and they proactively helped. The app works now without any problems. Thank you
