The online services still call the web page. However, the phone cannot support the requirement, like Java & browser version.
I may recommend the phone app could support the online service, e.g. passport application.

All the links were just URLs forwarded to the gov websites & even then the built in browser had problems with opening the pages. This app could have been much better & needs to be personalized. It should notify me when the appointment is due. Currently, it does nothing!

The website tells me to download this app. I open this app and all it does is link to the website for appointment bookings!
No appointments can be booked at any Center at any time. HK used to be an efficiently run place. Now I can’t even recognise it anymore.
