Always “under maintenance.” Have to try to login dozens of times before I can get what I need

A joke of an app
The company that’s responsible for me connecting to the Internet can’t seem to make a functioning app to pay your bill. Logs out constantly or flashes the same system maintenance alert for 6 attempts before finally letting you in. Please hire some software developers that actually know what they’re doing.

Not stable and has some usability flaws
It's ironic that a telecom company can't make a usable app. The built-in chat function can't work if you try to reload it. It says other windows need to be closed first but there is no way to close them. I've spent more than an hour wasting my time trying to get in contact with them. Just bad service and this is what happens when u had a monopoly.
