Everytime you have progress and feel like you’re going to win on a slot it kicks you from the game. Either says server connection lost or you have spent a lot of time and you press “ okay I understand “ and it refreshes the page. It’s an unfair app as it takes away your progress and money you’ve put into a slot therefore decreasing the odds of actually winning anything. I find this truly a scam and I’m genuinely embarrassed that I carried on playing after the first time it happened. But I suppose that’s the point of the website and it gets you hooked. Easy to use and seems to have games actual RTP’s, took a a while longer using using up my welcome bonus deposit due to more consistent wins. Made a another small deposit that i played with for longer than i would have through any onther site i have used and ended up cashing £200, i had another win the next day and ended up withdrawing another £530 whilst expecting my next set of spins through my welcome bonus. Do not recommend, worst experience ever! Among every single app and gambling app/site I’ve played so far 32Red must be the worst experience when it comes to withdrawal and verification process! Download the app last month as suggested by a mate of mine as he had some luck on it in the past and won 3400£ on roulette’s which took forever to achieve the bonus in order to withdraw. Now my withdrawal is being processed since 26 November 2025 and they won’t process it until I pass the Verification process which hell begins. They require and passed so far Proof of Payment, Proof of ID, Proof of ID held to face, Proof of Address sent by post which I had to upload it a few times every 2 days as they were not approving my uploads and last but not least they require another Proof of Address which I find ridiculous! 2 types of Proof of Address? Normal Proof of Address they kept telling to upload as my water bill is not clear enough and then they requested yesterday to upload it as a selfie held to my face..take a selfie with the water bill held by my index and thumb next to my face as Proof of Address?!! I feel like I’m being set up for a scam with uploading all this documents next to my face, ID, payment proof…Now being forced to contact Gambling Commission or IBAS to see what’s going on with this site! Took video and screen shots as proof and will have to report it and take action or sue them as feeling violated with all my personal details and screenshots in their possessions!
