99: Rides, Food, Pay

I needed a ride to the bus terminal this morning. The first driver was much too far and so I ordered an Uber instead who was able to provide a much closer driver. The 99 application allowed me to cancel without charge because I canceled within a minute. Upon arrival at the bus terminal (10 minutes later), I saw that the 99 app is ***still*** assigning drivers to my house! I requested a cancellation fee refund and was DENIED!!! Application being deleted as soon as I submit this review. Uber gets my business at least 4-5 times PER DAY and 99 lost any chance of taking that business over automated customer support that denied my refund in SECONDS after submitting for it. Now when I try to delete the app, it says I must wait 15 days until ***after*** my last ride “in case there is a complaint!”

Tired of drivers that simply cancel the rides after accepting it, sometimes several minutes after doing so. There should be some kind of punishment to them. Also getting rid of the annoying notification on app start would be a good idea

The latest version of the app is the worse. The discount codes disappear shortly after you register them or don't work at all even though they are still valid (I tested them in my friend's phone who still had the old version and they worked just fine). My saved addresses also disappeared, as well as my old rides. The customer service should be easily reached through the app, like in the Uber app, but instead you have to send an email to the company (and probably never hear back or don't have you problem solved/a refund).
