For ease of placing a claim this app gets a 5. It gets a 1 overall because of the lack of communication in the description and prior to making a claim. At the END of submission it advises your claim will take 5 days to process, if I had known that at the beginning I would not have bothered as I needed to pay the bill (only 1 week's grace given). Upon speaking to HBF this is not the reality. I was advised from the call centre using the app can take 2-3 weeks for a claim to be processed. The other functionality missing is you need to sign in each time. So you need to have your card with you? Way easier to just go into a centre.
