Previous versions of this app were awfully sub par but so far this version has worked great on my iPod and video quality for some channels (e.g AIT international, nollywood movies) are outstanding. I hope things stay that way. Thanks!

It's a nice and shiny app, but that's about it for now. I downloaded this app almost two days ago and I still have not been able to watch anything on it! I contacted customer care and got a ticket but that was all. Don't you guys have people looking into this? I mean this is an entertainment app, so you have to consider that more people would use it over the weekends - why not have a dedicated staffer assigned such emergencies? That's just a bad sign all round. I really thank God I hadn't purchased any credits, much less tried to use them to view content which would have expired by now, had I paid for it on Friday evening. Then how to get my lost credit back? I would be so steamed!

Major issues revolve around channels. Video comes on briefly and goes off while audio is on. Audio sputters and lasts for 12 seconds and it too goes off leaving a blank screen which shuts down afterwards.
