As a backload finder it works well. I would say to anyone thinking they will make a good living using this app as their sole method of getting work,(which is the way the platform was sold to me)be very careful. You are bidding against people who are willing to work for nothing,that probably haven't got the correct insurance and are being used by unscrupulous CX account holders that farm out work to illegal drivers which just drives the prices down to the point where shippers think we are all a soft touch. CX needs to introduce more security checks so legitimate and fully insured owner/drivers can out bid the illegal syndicated drivers.

I joined this app in jan 2023, at the beginning was barely getting a job a day, now sometimes it’s 3-4 if you make £200 a day before fuel, insurance, cx app subscription and then tax ur lucky. I’ve seen some companies receive £280 for a 60 mile job and the pay the driver £40 to deliver it as backload. Another time was a driver bid £75 for 120 mile journey out of which £40 would have been spent on his fuel leave him £35 before tax etc for 2 and a half hours work. The courier companies literally want you to deliver for free This app needs to change because adding more drivers isn’t help current drivers as they are bidding so low it’s a joke, the app is taking 12 months upfront for a around £2500 and then you realise there’s not enough work and won’t get your money back. There’s a different app they use in Europe where the price of the load is shown before accepting the job, on this app you have to bid as low as possible and the wait for up to an hour to see if you get the job I haven’t seen many new positive comments regarding app which tells you a lot STAY AWAY

I wouldn’t bother with this anymore!! I’ve had to pack it in!! They are keen to take peoples money and continue adding drivers to their system failing to inform you that this particular market has taken a huge hit (probably due to Brexit) so you’re lucky to get two jobs per day and too scared to take a job too far away as you probably won’t get a job home!!! And because the jobs are so in demand people are bidding so low you ain’t even getting £1 per mile!! Add to this the fact that at the very least 10% of jobs invoiced don’t pay on time (if they pay at all) and the exchange’s reaction to this is very lax!! Yet they are quick to cut you off if you are late with a payment but don’t seem to have any kind of fines or sanctions in place for companies who don’t pay on time and respond with “there’s nothing we can do” if a company doesn’t pay then leaves the exchange!! The app seems good in the beginning but all the add ons aren’t free yet they’re needed so with all this considered you find yourself working a whole month and making hardly anything once your costs are deducted!!
