I like this app, it’s smooth and straightforward. Jobs are well paid compared to other apps. My only complaint is the payments, it take them a week to payout, but they use stripe so it hits the stripe account then takes up to another 7 days for stripe to pay it out. So it often takes 2 weeks to get paid. Uber etc allow same day, direct to bank payouts for a tiny fee (50p) which is industry leading.

On the whole I enjoy working with Delivery app but one small thing when you arrive at delivery and push the arrived at address button you don’t always get the prompt to skip the waiting time etc. it took nearly 20 minutes for it to appear which looks unprofessional if you can’t capture the signature straight away. I thought it may have been my phone which was an iPhone 12 but I now have the iPhone 15 pro max and it still does it so maybe something to look into other than that everything is good

It has become clear to me after been registered to this app for over 3 months that guys sitting in the so called operations or whatever they say Only post jobs that they can't anyone to do it's not a app where customer posts a job and it comes up like CX, SDCN or any other courier plat forms It's a courier company pretending to be a app like Uber or CX 1. Search for job has the same 30 jobs listed for weeks lol 2. You have to click on the bell top right to see what jobs were posted and when you do most jobs are gone even the ones that come up while you watching the list. 3. Once you accept a job someone will call you I.e. I accepted a job by luck and some guy called me telling me our customer wants this job covered every week if you can do fine if not I am going to move that job to someone else and that is what he did (letting me understand they are only posting jobs that they don't have cover for). 4. The system will not let you search for jobs near your area or the area you are in 5. No matter how many times you call them the answer you will get “oh I will pass this on to operations team” they post jobs on Facebook courier groups but not on the app 🤣🤣🤣 even than when you message them they will pass your details to operations team Bottom line it's a app where these guys will keep all the well paid jobs to themselves and post jobs that don't have any money in them.
