Gophr Courier - Driver App

I’ve been providing a courier service to Gophr for a couple of years now, and after going through almost all other delivery platforms this is by far the best. The app knows exactly how long it should take you to complete a job, if there is an available job and the app “thinks” you can do it, will be sent to you. Even though there have been times when I’ve seen the postcode of a job that’s been sent to me and laughed. All you have to do is trust the app and accept, easy. There is no need to look at the fee or the distance, because you don’t know how many other jobs you will get. Either on the way to pick up the first one, or after you have collected. Also, it’s really nice having direct communication with frequent customers, and forming a trusting relationship. As soon as I walk through the door to pick up they know straight away that their items will be delivered on-time. Of course, no system is perfect, and personally I don’t like messaging when there is an issue. Rather call or send a voice message. But even on the very rare occasion there is an issue it’s always sorted super quick.

So I’ve been working with Gophr for nearly a year since last week I’ve got told my account being revoked while I’m on the top list for delivering on time kpi of 77% despite most of the orders I used to deliver were on the city, paying congestion charge every single day My account got revoked for absolutely no reason, they said I were late and the job they referring were actually late for 40 min due to customer putting wrong information I had to really struggle to find those parcels inside a big hotel Then they have the guts to close my app while 95% of my jobs were on time that day This company took the lever of ignorance to the next level I’m going to proceed legal case against this company for abusing me for absolutely no reason For every single bit they did I have a full backup evidence hence they don’t even respond to my appeal emails every single day When they see you making good money The support team normally gets jealous and they provokes you to say something bad or be late even for 10 minutes they’ll go and report you to the fleet team which fleet team will then proceed to close your account in the matter if a flinch without even considering and taking a time to investigate I don’t recommend anyone applying for this company my close friend has lost his account aswell 2 month ago for absolutely no reason This company need to be sued

I use an apple iphone. Trying to register as a new driver via the app seems to be trying to fit an elephant through a needle hole, the app keeps giving different kinds of problem. You get an error message when you try to login to continue your application, it advises you to recover your login but it still gives you an error message. If you try to sign up again it tells you that your email is already registered then takes you to a different login page under that which actually allows you to login with the same credentials that was flagged invalid at first. Then trying to fill in the details and you make a mistake, correcting the mistake is then a problem. I try to upload a photo and it says photo not valid and for the past 3 days it has refused to properly load the page back. I think there still needs a lot of improvement to be done.
