I enjoy the fact that I can deposit my checks from my home office. However, it can be a real pain in the buns at times. When I take a pic of the front of the check, NO problem. But when it asks me to take a pic of the back I almost always get an error. Stating that the pics are not the same size. Not sure how that is possible bc I am still sitting in the same position taking a pic with the same background, etc. Super frustrating when I have to take 3 pics of the back to make it work. Or worse yet, needing to wait for the check to be checked out by someone else before it is credited to my account. This was never a problem when AFCU had a separate business app. Can somebody please fix this?? My small business can’t run like this.

I called tech services on my phone as I couldn’t get into my Az financial credit union app. I was directed by the rep to check to see if there was an update. I couldn’t get into the iPhone App Store . After 36 min and ability to get into laptop website we concluded our we could disconnect our our call. It turned out that my “safe browser “ with Verizon was blocking everything ! I turned it off: my phone was fixed lesson learned !

This app allows me to view my account with very easy access. It works well and I love that I can transfer funds or see my balances within seconds. I didn’t give 5 stars because the uploading a check to my account doesn’t always take a great picture and makes you retake a few times. My boyfriend has Wells Fargo and their check upload is super easy, I wish Az Feds was more like the Wells Fargo upload. Otherwise this app is awesome, I’ve even found many answers to questions that come, like traveling and making my debt card available.
