Logging in is needlessly difficult on iPhone the app won’t remember credentials and it won’t accept stored password info resulting in you having to enter credentials every time. Viewing equipment is a little clumsy when trying to move from one piece of equipment to another.

Constantly have to remove app, reinstall to get through work day. I had a laptop in 1995 that ran like this. (Update): I remove the app more than I use it. Have heard this is a problem with IOS, but not being an IT technical person all I can say is this app is more of a pain than having to receive smoke signals from the unit. Lots of money out there, lots of people very proud of their units and software. Can you be so proud of JDLink for an iPhone that mom will post it on her fridge?! Update: Delete app daily as part of phone shutdown, reload in the morning then 2x during work day. Nice if this just worked.

I have been using JDLink app since sometime in 2015 and although there were some functionality issues at times, I found it really useful! Two things that I especially liked that no longer work since the app was updated are... 1. It no longer saves my login info which was so handy, and... 2. The Directions To This Machine function no longer works. The only way to get the location of the machine is to Share Location then copy and paste the coordinates into Google maps. Please bring back the functionality the app had before. - Thanks!
