Quorum Mobile Banking

Downloaded the app thinking I could apply for an account like most banks and credit unions… WRONG ! Had to apply on their website which is NOT secure! After I applied I didn’t even get an “acknowledgement” email saying thank you for applying! No email! After 3 days of waiting for a response I had to call and find out they denied my application because I have freeze on credit bureaus and chexsystems 🤬 Really Quorum??? I would’ve been more than happy to lift the freeze had there been ANY communication at all !!! This bank’s sign up process is rude, dismissive, and a sense of entitlement! I applied with my local credit union down the street and got a phone call and email within an HOUR saying thank you !!! This credit union is NOT worthy of your business or money !!!

Overall, I like the features of the mobile app for Quorum, but recently had too many incidents when the App crashed during the process of depositing a check. In addition, technical support was very poor.

The app crashes all the time when trying to make remote deposits. Something that should take 5 minutes winds up taking 15. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it several times, and it still crashes. Extremely frustrating.
