Greensboro News from WFMY

I have just moved to North Carolina from the Washington area. I started and ended my day with WUSA with reporters and anchors who were excellent in their delivery and reporting all aspects of the world, national, and local news. The weather was accurate headed by very experienced weather men and women. You could count on them to help you navigate wind, rain, sleet, and snow, sun, and Washington humidity! I immediately tuned in to WFMY and so far have experienced the same type of no nonsense coverage with very well schooled and professional persons. I wake up with checking my new WFMY app and of course my WUSA app. I look forward to getting to know the new kids on my block!

I moved away from the Triad about a year ago, after 21 years in Greensboro. News 2 keeps me and my wife connected to the area we love so much. It’s been 3 years now since my wife and I moved from the triad after 21 years, to the Memphis TN metro area. We didn’t want leave, but ministry and being closer to her aging mom were more important. WFMY keeps us informed on what’s happening in our beloved Triad.

WFMY News 2 is “My Go To” local news, weather and sports station. I remember watching Channel 2 News w-a-a-a-ay back in the day when I was just a child, and have grown up and matured watching Channel 2 News❗️When some of the news anchors, meteorologists and sports castors of the early days are reflected on, I can remember more of them than not. I am not quite as old as WFMY News 2, but only a few years behind them. Thanks You WFMY News 2 for a lifetime of excellent broadcasting !!! You Rule‼️😃👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😊
