The censorship system is RIDICULOUS. And let just to be clear I understand why it was set up in the first place but…
Non nsfw post get flagged for being nsfw and you end up with creeps getting the wrong impressions of the nature of your post. And I constantly have to retype and delete my post till the nsfw tag goes away. I like the app but this is too much and very disappointing. If there was a better alternative, I’d gladly move there. But this will do for now.

Over all this app is pretty amazing. I just have a few gripes. I can’t stand that almost the entirety of the hot page is purely sexual posts. I feel like those should be filtered out to a different page and leave the hot page for actual discussion type posts. Also when I block somebody I don’t want them to be able to send me a final message after I’ve already blocked them as it kind of defeats the purpose. Also the approval process of photos is insane and the fact that skinny people can post skimpy pictures but a fat girl with the tiniest bit of cleavage gets denied is insane to me. Otherwise it’s a good app and better than whisper as there’s genuine moderation staff

The app hasn’t improved at all in the last few years. Spam ads will pop up and force you to the App Store. I boycott all ads and the companies associated with this app for taking such a low road to get noticed. The block button is broken. I still see the same people spamming after I block them. Hush Team only seems to make their app worse. Tons of scammers “selling” pictures and not getting permanently banned. Tons of people who spam the same post ten million times and don’t get permanently banned. Tons of people who mindlessly spam hate posts of certain demographics and don’t get permanently banned for bullying/hate speech. Hush doesn’t follow its own rules. You flag them and no one gets punished. Nobody on here cares.
