Benny's Pizza

Benny’s is the best pizza on the NW corner of Columbus, but this app is annoying and in many ways worse than their old one. The signup process was long and obnoxious. No support for SSO and my generated password did not match their requirements. You also have to verify your email… I understand the reasoning, but I just want to order a pizza. The ordering process requires you to go through a page to pick a default store, despite their only being one store? And it doesn’t seem to remember your preference. You need a home address despite the store being carry out only? There is a bug where ordering “in the future” only lets you order for January 1. This was what made me give up and finish my order on the old app. In general, information density is incredibly low. I have to click through 4 screens to do something that should take 1. I was actually very pleased with the old app. If this one isn’t cleaned up a bit I’m just going to go back to calling the store. I do like that it lets you easily specify “half” options for toppings. That’s one thing that is nice.
