I’m going to use part of someone else’s review because it’s the exact same thing I’m dealing with.
Also, most of the time mine doesn’t even login with the app !
I am on vacation in the area with good Wi-Fi and cell phone service but the whole week I’ve been here, the app has only logged on once where I could see my cat !
Yes, I do have someone going by the house often to take care of her, but the whole point of this robot was to be able to interact with her while I was away !
