I successfully ordered two batches of avatars before subscribing and liked the results (especially the poster styles) enough to pay for a subscription. Since subscribing though I haven't received any avatars -- my batches are stuck indefinitely in the queue. I have restarted the app, reinstalled the app (losing two batches in the process) and installed it on my wife's phone to see if that made any difference. I also cancelled my subscription on the off chance that had anything to do with it. All my current batches are between two and three days old and show no sign of advancing in the queue. What's going on?

This app has become my new favorite tool for social media pics.

They force you to select a lot of options, you can’t just do one photo in a specific style. They only do batches of 300. Then some is free and the rest are paid per style. They of course didn’t explain this, and there is one free batch, but I wasted it on a dog avatar because I hadn’t decided what I want to try and assumed you could try multiple. It take large half an hour to process, so eventually I’ll have 300 images of my girlfriend as a dog. Woo hoo. I am deleting this garbage and never coming back. This is more expensive than mid journey and total garbage. It’s a con.
