Love KMNO Mana’o Radio and app! They always have live DJs playing a great mix of eclectic music and offer the a live playlist. The app also offers DJ pages with short bios of the hosts. If you’re on Maui, there is the Music2nite calendar with info on local live performances. The On Demand feature allows you to listen to any show from the previous 2 weeks and see their playlists as well. All around, non commercial radio excellence!

I regularly listen to KMNO in the morning. Love the eclectic mix of songs and not much local interest stuff during those hours. I did visit Maui once and hope to get back there again, but not that interested in local news and events. However, this App gives me the opportunity to listen in when I can.

Radio Mana’o is one of few music sources that I can leave on for the whole day. I’ve always been an inveterate button pusher but here if there’s a song I don’t particularly care for I know that the next song could be something I like spectacularly well. The DJs are wonderful and all present their sets in ways that are well thought out and entertaining. Well done, my Hawaiian friends!
