SWIPTV - IPTV Player

I have tried every IPTV player.. some of them are not bad…however, none compare to SWIPTV. 1st- developer response and updates- this developer is hands down the most responsive and attentive to updates. Most of the time I see an update that fixes a small issue I haven’t even seen yet. 2nd- GUI (interface)- it’s a thing of beauty. Most of us have come accustomed to a basic sort of layout and flow for our guides and such. SWIPTV nails it. It is fully customizable, but the basic settings are perfect. Even my kids have no problem picking up the remote and finding something to watch. 3rd- cross-hardware sync- I love the fact that I can start watching something on my living room Apple TV, then move to my bedroom Apple TV and pick up where I left off seamlessly. 4th- I haven’t touched my settings (I.E- Servers, logins, ports.. ETC.. ) in months thanks to SWIPTV. You all know what a pain this is to do!!! Download it.. go pro (seriously it’s pennies.. it’s supports the developer and keeps this train rolling) I will never use another IPTV player. Thank you SWIPTV!

I have tried almost all of the IPTV apps that are absolve on AppleTV and this is by far the best. I have also used the app on iPhone and Mac and it’s just as incredible. I had been using IPTVX app for over a year but when I noticed this app came out I gave it a try and switched all my devices to it. The biggest improvement over IPTVX is background playlist refresh. Only thing I would like to see added is multi view so you could tile multiple live channels at once.

Trying to decide between this and Chillio and I can’t even try this one first. I accidentally entered incorrect details for my playlist on my Apple TV and after I corrected it the app said I can only refresh the EPG once every 24 hours in the free version. And there’s no free trial period either, so I either wait 24 hours just to try it out or I pay. Other apps do a much better job of actually letting me test the service. Chillio has a free trial so I can use all the pro features before paying, whereas this one has me stuck waiting just to try it properly due to a simple mistake. Not a good sign
