I cannot submit ANYTHING because the app can’t determine my location!! I’ve provided a full address, including zip code, and NOTHING! This is BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!
Enable replies so comments or questions can be a asked. What if you have an update to an issue? If it’s still open & you create another work order, the customer service person may close the ticket thinking it’s a duplicate.
