the app is great! very user friendly. however before purchasing a subscription be aware that Fromm may randomly sign you out and you won’t be able to get back in :( i read reviews of this happening to other people and had hoped that they fixed this issue, but unfortunately they still haven’t. also even if it locks you out of your account they still keep your subscription, so make sure to cancel it separately. it’s really frustrating. please fix this issue soon!!!

Signed up for a free trial on browser then tried to use the app only for it to show no history of my order. Used the same email so I didn’t understand why nothing was showing up. It showed no order so I went back to payment to cancel subscription only to find no real option besides deleting my account. Proceeded to follow the website instructions only to be charged for account service that doesn’t even exist anymore! I can’t even log into my account to do anything because I deleted the account. The app just isn’t user friendly and the browser doesn’t really let you do anything without the app.

It’s amazing to get to speak to your artist. It’s really fun to have the app and interact with your idols. However I wish that people comments and the artist would be separated sometimes it hard to tell if the artist is the one speaking or if they reposted the question made by someone. I think it would be good if the artist could reply and the original question would show.
