The connection to my lightstick works great, in concert is super smooth and simple, just plug in your seat numbers and it’ll play throughout. Some bugs with connection just failing half the time but it works out just fine. Playback on videos are also super smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend when buying an Ateez Lightstick since most features cater to that.

The app works perfectly and everything. But all of a sudden now all the videos are unavailable to watch. When I was able to watch them before. Please fix this bug.

I read most of the reviews about the videos being unavailable. Mine were too, but then I tried it with a VPN on and most of them worked. I haven’t tried to watch all the videos yet but they do work with the VPN on
