I’ve tried a few things here and there, but Athletic is the only folks that nail every style. These brews are the only thing that even comes close to scratching some old itches. The ritual, the hand to mouth, the tastes, the smells… everything that was special about drinking with your friends… but I don’t want to take it any further. No buzz and no temptations. It’s exactly what I needed.

After quitting Alcohol due to medication conflict, I never thought I would enjoy the taste of real beer again. You see in the 80's I tended bar where we featured over 55 beers. It was the start of the microbrew craze. I learned the distinct flavor of each beer, and memorized which beer was next on the list for my regular customers. Mocktails are good but the beer substitute eluded me. On day at Applebees the bar tender stumbled across the Athletic Pale. I almost wept... itt really had that beer taste, unlike other NA beers. I have ordered the xtra Dark and the Wheat (don't forget the orange wedge) they are scrumptious. I hope we see a summer chandy soon.

LOVE that we can still enjoy the unique tastes of craft brews while living a healthier lifestyle. My husband and I first bonded over a discussion on craft beer and support of local breweries. Community is incredibly important to both of us and we would do anything for our local brewery. Unfortunately, drinking the high ABVs regularly was not so good for our health so we had to make some changes. We are so glad we can have the great tastes again!!
