The class schedule is constantly updated so we always have the latest instructor and availability info etc. Booking classes is very convenient, too. Love that it updates my calendar automatically. I rely on the app---and it's very reliable!

My phone was stolen, got a new one! The YmCA app was not on my new phone! Could not book or see the classes! Came asked a young man for help! He checked my phone said it’s up and your all set! Well that next morning, I could not get into the classes!!! I came that night and took the Bar class(great class by the way!) this morning spoke to Kathleen she got it all resolved! I so love your YMCA! Great classes front office are always greeting and smiling ! One big A for you all!!!

Can be frustrating when the App decides it won’t work, but customer service responded in a very timely manner when it just totally failed on me. Lately though it often giving me a “try again later” when trying to book a class. I do wish the calendar would only allow you to choose today’s or future dates. It now will attempt sign ups on past dates if you mess up and go back to last weeks class.
