Good luck trying to fill out your residential address and mailing address if they are different. The app tries to be cute (auto fill), and guess your address as you are typing it in, and this does not work if you have parameters that do not fit their form. Once it takes your first attempt at filling it in, it saves it and will not let you update it to correct it. Will I get my mailings from them? Who knows? Two stars at best.

Cannot get numbers or symbols, so I cannot sign in! Have never been able to sign in to SCAN! A agent , obviously working from home, hung up on me when I complained about his kid’s noise drowning him out!
