Was waiting for an app like this after pathwords was taken off Facebook. The letters are too small - they can make it a bit big

I am skeptical about games often. This game is fun, exciting and fast paced, with the chance to win real money. Customer service is respectable and attentive. When you reach out to them they don’t take long to respond to you. Well all in all I have won some and lost some. We could use more players to make the games more exciting. Download and try it today! 1. The lower case Ls are very easy to mistake for lower case Is, and vice versa. Happens to me all the time. Replace the lower case letters with upper case letters.2. The tiles are VERY small when rendered on an iPhone. That causes two issues. First, if you are using your finger rather than a stylus, which I assume most people are, it’s harder than it should be to trace the path of a word without clipping other letters. Second, when tracing a word with your finger, your finger covers up surrounding letters, making it hard to spot potential suffixes at the end of words (s, er, ed, ing, etc) because your finger is mostly covering the tiles surrounding the last letter you have traced to. Of course if you plan out the entire word before you start your tracing you can avoid that. But my gameplay suggests you need to be constantly making words to post winning scores, meaning winning gameplay requires flowing from short word to short word and hoping to extend when you get to the end of it rather than planning longer words.Seems like larger tiles would solve these issues. You repopulate tiles when they are spent down, so it’s not like players will run out of tiles if you start with fewer, larger tiles. 3. Extend the time for cash games. What you’ve got now (one minute?) seems to short.4. Bigger points for larger words. I’ve experimented and the points you get for longer words (6 letters or more) doesn’t offset the time it takes to find those words among the tiny letters and then trace them out. I understand there is a balance you need to strike (reward big words too much and you invite people to punch a chunk of your grid into online word finders to return big words). But what you’re offering now is a race to pump out as many three or four letter words as you can. Up the length multiplier so that finding larger words is a viable strategy as well.
