Same complaints as everyone else. App is rated 1.5 stars for a reason… honestly impressive I don’t think I’ve ever seen an app rated this low. Crazy how the “developer” (in quotes because a monkey clearly made this application) still responds to every review over the last year and a half saying the same issues will be addressed in the next update.. they haven’t been and they won’t be.. and not being able to see if you paid and charging you for an extra ticket every time you attempt to reserve a fare AND not attempting to reimburse folks ESPECIALLY after fraudulently charging them $40+ EUROS A PERSON for not doing it correctly is hilarious. It’s made to be impossible and the ticket inspectors clearly target people with suitcases and similar folks that looks like tourists. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.. inspectors just chuckle when you express your discontent as well.. pretty sick human beings. You’d think a city that depends on tourism wouldn’t shoot itself in the foot by blatantly robbing its patrons. Money talks I guess!

This company is absolutely awful. If you look on trust pilot they have numerous reviews of being a tourist trap. My family and I boarded the bus in Siena we thought we had purchased the correct tickets for our trip back to Florence. The service people came on the bus. He told us that it was clear that the tickets were wrong. The app allowed us to book tickets from Siena to Florence but apparently were wrong. He had zero interest in showing us how to purchase the tickets. Every time we used the bus we checked with the drivers to try and make sure we had the right tickets. They would either just wave us by or yell at us in Italian to get on the bus. They fined us 60 euro per person for a total of three hundred dollars for an honest mistake I have been to Italy three times and never had such an issue with public transit. It leaves a bad taste overall for the country and makes me less inclined to want to come back or spend money here. Overall awful company poorly written app that allows you to purchase incorrect tickets

The app works relatively well, not many bugs from using so far. Some issues that need to be addressed. 1. Apple Pay not working on IPhone 13 Pro wih latest IOS 1b. Not failing the whole ticket purchase process and having to rebook the route when a payment method fails 2. Ability to purchase tickets from the route page. Being a tourist, using the buy ticket function can be extremely confusing and not very intuitive when trying to select the correct origin and destination 3. Better English translation
