I’m going to be speaking solely for Valorant accounts. The services are great, customer support is very helpful and quick, but MAKE SURE YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND. I understand that refunds are hard to handle, but I’ve spoken to about 3 customer service people and they all kept asking me if I would rather turn my 15 bucks into credits to which I kept saying no to. Then they sent me an email account I should request the refund for and that got resolved. Second issue - do NOT pay for the “self play (duo)” option. It was my second time using the services and it took them 3 days to find a pro and the first thing they ask for is why I want to self play and cancelled the order. It took them another 2 days to find someone else and the pro barely played with me. I gave him the permission to use my account to get used to it and play a little but I didn’t expect to only play 2 games with him and I paid 15 more dollars for the service. The pro even used my account AFTER the order was completed, and I had to change my passwords. Not to say that it’s the apps fault, and I usually tip pros but not this time, especially because they used my RP without my permission.

I turned to SkyCoach because I was hard stretched for gold in WoW Classic Anniversary. Despite farming 40hrs a week I was not able to keep up with the demands of high end raiding, and the exhaustion was getting to me. That’s when I found SkyCoach. At first I was skeptical because they always say don’t trust gold sellers, and while that’s true sometimes, SkyCoach is 100% trustworthy. I have performed multiple transactions around $100 of purchases and they have never failed to deliver once. Bear in mind— the prices are really good! The support staff is incredibly kind, and eager to help. 24/7 they’re there and they’re working hard and it really makes you feel they care about doing a good job. Sometimes delivery can be a little slow if it’s a busy day/time, but I always get my gold quick. They are 100% legit and if I ever buy gold again in the future I am turning to SkyCoach, because here I know what I’m getting!

These people have not provided the service I purchased of 4 coaches for 1 hr. Instead they continuously delayed the service time from 2 hrs from purchase to days later then made me wait hours, and finally, with only 17 minutes of gameplay(proven by me to support with support agreeing) and ended the session. I did not receive my 1 hr of service paid for nor did I receive a refund agreed by the support after agreeing to my service being incomplete. My bank has also taken involvement and is treating the matter as a scam. They have literally been blackmailing me for the last week withholding the refund for an incomplete service, all because they want me to remove my factual review of this occurrence. Do not participate in any “business” with sky coach at all as they are just scammers. You have been warned through my true ordeal with my first and only order of 40$ don’t give them a dime please learn from my mistakes. You won’t see a thing nor will u be sane with the ever long support prolonging everything. They switch supports every 3 hrs in the same chat and conveniently hold you for 4 hrs for a small issue of your “pro” out right ghosting you, to have your service delayed again, and again. But each delay takes literally 4 hours of manual communication with their slow support so you just end up with nothing days after paying when quoted it would take 2 hours to find the pros for your service.
