We’ve been customers for several years, so this isn’t a one off review. First of all the guy that took our order was quite short and a bit rude. I can deal with that, but he charges for TWO drinks we never ordered. What I asked him if the burger I ordered came with one side he told me yes. I asked him if it if I could make that onion rings he said no. He didn’t tell me it was two dollars more! No big deal but now we’re up to three surprises when my check came. In between that time I had talked with the manager on duty in the waiter and we were just having nice chat. When we went to leave, the manager came up to me again, and I had to tell him in all honesty that the hamburger was way over overcooked. Problems. He patted me on the back and said we’ll see you next time. They push this app which I’m using for the first time. They’re probably regretting it. You guys don’t need an app, you need a customer comment card because there are a lot of problems at that restaurant. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I’ll sleep well tonight.

Our bus rolled in a little after 12. They weren’t busy yet for lunch. Lady at the front took all of our orders and put them on one ticket. We sat way in the back all together. I believe our servers name was Savanna. She talked to each of us to get any information about their order. The food all came out hot and made correctly! I was very impressed how it was all delivered quickly and with care to each of us! She made sure that we had everything we needed ie refills on drinks, extra tarter sauce, dressings etc. She even served a dessert with extra plates and silverware to share! She then had separated each check correctly and gave those out seamlessly!! I have never been at a large party like this with some problem! It was totally wonderful to see all of us taken care of with a smile and her saying I got you! Savanna I hope you keep up the great work and you made some good tips from us! Thank you for the best service!

I worked for Chuy’s for 25 years, and Torchy’s Tacos for 9 years. I’m older now so maybe I’m invisible. My experience was just okay this time. My previous one was good. I sat in the handicap place at the bar. (Knee replacement ) Service was slow. I never got my water. I had to raise my hand for them to check on me. I ordered an appetizer, baked potato and salad. My baked potato came out so old and crunchy that I asked for a fresh one. The second one came out the same. The girl said she could try to find a fresher one but didn’t try very hard. I just took it Togo. I know it’s hard to be perfect all of the time, but this felt a little like ageism. Not sure but… I’ll come back, but maybe do a couple of different times that you bake your potato’s? Anyway, just trying not to head to Costco hungry. And I usually just let any issues go.
