Soundsory

My shipment was delayed due to it being sent to a PO Box. Finally received it. Then the wasn’t working so they told me to go to their website. The instructions to set up the app make zero sense - why should I say I haven’t purchased Soundsory???? The instructions for the website weren’t clear. I don’t have 1.1 or 1.2…I have day 1, day 2…day 40. Well which one corresponds with the lesson/cycle my kid is supposed to do? If these are 20 days each? No response. App started working again but wouldn’t acknowledge the days my kid had completed. Tried getting on today and the app won’t work again. Huge waste of $300. Don’t go this route. I wish I hadn’t. I truly hate this. Will be going with a different program recommended by audiologist. This will be sanitized and hopefully sold on eBay.
