I have been happy with the app up until now when I tried to email my bladder report. I got a strange error message and clicked the help button where I was instructed to call their support line. I did that and it sent me to a recording to get a free fall detection device. The recording impersonated a human, but I couldn’t make it stop talking. I’m sure they would’ve wanted money for the service. In the end, I never got to a human for support. They just kept trying to give me my “free” fall detector.

Love the app so far. But it would be even better if you could at a notes section to each entry. Such as I’d add a comment abt any outside factors that aren’t the norm. Edit: The urgency question should be asked every time not just triggered if a leak happens. It will convey if a program is working as it should.Edit2: Be able to sync accounts across devices such as a phone and tablet.

I would like to a more “advanced “ app. Not just a sales presentation. Need to record the stimulation levels and light/click level. Sometimes my rep wants to know how high my settings are. Now I would like an already implanted user app and not a thinking about trying it app I would like to use that one.
