Silverlake Ramen Rewards

By far my favorite ramen spot. La Habra location is the go to.

I only use the app to check-in and keep track of my points, and it does the job. I eat in because nothing tastes good as take-out. This ramen needs to be consumed as soon as it comes out of the kitchen without delay. Blaze pork chashu with special house broth 4 LYFE!

This is by far the worst food app I’ve ever used. Twice I’ve used it with the excitement to pickup some food after a closing shift at work and both times they were “cancelled”. They weren’t cancelled on the app. I would receive a phone call just letting me know that they are unable to prepare my order because the kitchen closes at a certain time, which I completely understand and do not wish to inconvenience the kitchen staff but why would it still let me order for that time frame? The app doesn’t even do a good job notifying you of this. The worst part is the phone calls I received would tell me that I would need to cancel my order on the app and if I’m not able to do that then a manager would contact me to either give me my order the next day or cancel it. Why can’t they cancel it for me since they can see the order was placed? I checked the app for a cancel order option but that doesn’t even exist either. So now I have to wait for the next day for them to cancel my order and I hopefully get my refund quickly. It sounds like they are aware of not being able to cancel on the app. Also, some menu items list the full ingredients but are unable to remove specific ones which is terrible if you have allergies. App will be uninstalled after this review and I will no longer be eating at SilverLake either.
