The device seems to work fine and registers in the app ok but that’s about as far as it goes as far as customer support goes nonexistent to add any of the features that the app has to offer none of them work you just go round and round in circles I get super frustrated you contact customer support and you get even more frustrated for a bare bones tracking that’s about what you get good battery life

Company contacted me and asked me to give them another chance. I like the device itself I think it has potential maybe my device was defective. Don’t mind the battery life as I take my dogs collar every night.

We have several apple products and a few Android, it seems to take forever to load position, always with the loading on the marker. The Androids seem to lock in much faster. This has been the case with my older iPad, a iPhone 12, and a 14pro. The androids are just run of the mill mid level phones. Also, don’t like the zoom, if you zoom in to see where the cat is, and it refreshes, it zooms way out again, even if the cat hasn’t moved.
