Ordered my dogs tracking collar and when it came in the mail, I followed the instructions to set them up. The app is confusing as there are random buttons and no description for what these buttons do. My main complaint is that when I set the subscription up it took multiple try’s to get it to go through and then I ended up getting triple charged. When I looked up the contact info to ask for a refund it was a -whatsapp number which seems very unprofessional. Called the number twice with no answer, there were also no emails listed to reach out to. I’m looking up other avenues to try to get my issue resolved. Also the price for the subscription literally was changing every time the page refreshed

I would like to say it is a good app for individual users. I can easily use it to renew at any time I want, after you open it you can see the map directly, It is much uses friendly. I will like to recommend you to use this application!

I lose 58$ for subscription i dont get anything i bought a stupid gps and not work they ask me to download this application and after ask me to pay for subscription to localized my gps and after i pay gps and this gps gave me wrong distinction and i cant cancel my subscription then i just lose 58$ for nothing i dont recommend anybody to pay for subscription because like they trick you and take your money
