TrackerOne

I wanted to give an honest review of the TrackerOne because, while I think the product itself has potential, I was disappointed by the subscription requirement. I purchased the TrackerOne expecting that the purchase of the device would allow me to use it, only to find out afterward that a subscription is required for the tracker to actually function/use its full features. I understand that cellular tracking services may require an ongoing fee, but I feel this should be made much more obvious before someone purchases the product. The device itself seems like it could be useful, but discovering an additional recurring cost after already purchasing the product was frustrating. If a subscription is necessary to use the product, that information should be clearly displayed upfront and not something customers discover after opening the box. I would recommend making the subscription requirement and ongoing cost much more prominent during the purchasing process. Transparency would have made a big difference in my decision to purchase. Overall, I don’t necessarily think the product is bad, but I do think customers deserve to know the true cost of using it before buying it.

I am still learning things about this device but I do like how small, sleek and lightweight. It’s easy to hide and makes no feel more at ease when my loved ones are out and about.

Ordered my dogs tracking collar and when it came in the mail, I followed the instructions to set them up. The app is confusing as there are random buttons and no description for what these buttons do. My main complaint is that when I set the subscription up it took multiple try’s to get it to go through and then I ended up getting triple charged. When I looked up the contact info to ask for a refund it was a -whatsapp number which seems very unprofessional. Called the number twice with no answer, there were also no emails listed to reach out to. I’m looking up other avenues to try to get my issue resolved. Also the price for the subscription literally was changing every time the page refreshed
