Setting up payments was easy enough, but it is impossible to view your balance. We found out that the auto pay had been overcharging us for the past two months, but until we inquired to management today, there was no way to check our balance / credit on our end. Because they have completely scrapped the desktop component, there is no way to view your comprehensive billing or payment history (other than transaction dates for your last couple of payments). I understand this is a new app being developed but the payment / transaction history visibility and management are incredibly poor, and gives residents no option to improve the situation.

Makes everything pretty easy… paying rent, booking the golf simulator, etc. Also saved me from a late fee by reminding me to reset my autopay which was nice.

Im not a fan of this app. I am having the same issues as other users where the app crashes when I try to update my payment information. I preferred the last version of the app. It was far more user friendly and when they switched apps, it automatically canceled all my housekeeping appointments. The new app doesn’t have the company I have been using and they are not listed under the services for this new app. Im not a fan of it at all and I don’t see why we had to fix what wasn’t broken.
