We neighbors use this application to communicate. The mods delete messages related to issues with the building (high electric bills, non working elevators - going on two weeks, water issues, etc). I wouldn’t be surprised if the organization somehow tried to get this review removed.
Which there was a no star . This is not user friendly and all over the place . This APP makes me want to move out and never stay at a Veris property .
The button that navigates to the “My Home” page is not very prominent and is difficult to notice. While trying to access the payments section, I couldn’t easily find it. I ended up searching for “payments,” and found a note saying to use the home icon in the upper right corner — but even then, it took me some time to locate it. Although the bubbly background of the button looks visually appealing, it compromises usability. Also, important sections like “Payments” should be easier to access and not hidden behind a less obvious navigation path.
