My account has been frozen for a reason that I tried contacting the customer service multiple times and I didnโt get a response from them. I tried changing my location on the app because I was in a different city for a while, it didnโt work I immediately contacted them they didnโt respond, then the delivery guy called I told him I have moved from my location if he can bring it to my new location he said no problem I will bring it back on 6th of October because on 6th I would come back to Erbil, no one called back I even texted them that I am available to receive the order and today my account is frozen for something that is completely customer serviceโs fault. Ever since i have started using the app and even now they do not pick up the phone or answer messages the customer service even declines calls when you call them.
I recently downloaded and tried out the Bestbid app in hopes of finding great deals and an efficient bidding platform. Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. To put it bluntly, the Bestbid app's performance has been subpar, and I've encountered several issues that have left me frustrated. The following are the key problems I've faced: 1. Glitches and Crashes: The app is plagued with frequent glitches and crashes. It often freezes during browsing, making it almost impossible to navigate smoothly. 2. Slow Loading Times: The loading times for product listings are unacceptably slow. It feels as though I'm waiting ages just to see what's available for bidding. 3. Buggy Auctions: Participating in auctions through the app has been a cumbersome experience. Bids don't always register correctly, and I've encountered instances where I've been charged for bids that didn't go through. 4. Unresponsive Customer Support: When I tried to address these issues with the app's customer support, I received no meaningful assistance. Their responses were slow, and the solutions offered did not effectively resolve my concerns. In light of these problems, I find it challenging to recommend the Bestbid app to others. It simply does not meet the basic standards one would expect from an auction and deal-finding platform. The app requires significant improvements in terms of performance, reliability, and customer support to be considered a valuable and trustworthy resource for online shopping and bidding. I hope the developers take these issues seriously and work on enhancing the user experience in the future. Until then, I advise potential users to approach the Bestbid app with caution, as it may not deliver the seamless and enjoyable shopping and bidding experience one would hope for.
The app is extremely buggy and very slow, crashes every 10 seconds itโs not usable.
