Even if you have this program installed, remove it from your phone because it works very poorly. The order is delivered every other day and not on the specified date. rude attitude from the support team. Spare your time, nerves and money.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Global Flowers. After purchasing flowers for Mother's Day, I had no way to track my order, and no one from the company reached out to me when they were unable to deliver or when there were issues with my order. When I contacted them to inquire about the status, I received excuses instead of a prompt resolution.
To make matters worse, after requesting a refund, they sent a different bouquet without my consent and marked it as "delivered" without any apology or explanation. This lack of communication and customer care is unacceptable.
If I had known about the poor service provided by Global Flowers, I would not have made a purchase. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company.
