GPS Tracker - GPScards® SIM

These guys are responsive and are actual people (gasp!) you can chat with and ask questions via email or phone. So refreshing considering the quality of call centers abroad sometimes. (Not sure where they’re located but that’s not what I even want to have to concern myself with. ) They addressed my issues quickly when I had a device (not provided by them) that wouldn’t work with their sim (turned out to only support 2G.) I bought a better one with 5G and their sim & app work perfectly with it. Updates and path of the device are viewable on a map or a report, and geofence alerts are a nice touch. I’d like to see it give all the data points that it shows are available (like battery life) but I think that’s a feature available with only certain hardware and ultimately not up to them. I can’t express how impressed I am with this company and their products. They were quick in responding to emails and it wasn’t always just automated replies. They provided information that was on my individual needs. And their app is restricted until you get your login info from them but that cuts down on excess traffic dulling down their logistical tracking capabilities on their servers. I travel for work upto 100 miles in all directions and my route was logged and tracked and recorded with all necessary knowledge and info along every slow down or speed up to stop and parks and duration of all. I’m quite technical and subjective to apps that “cut the mustard” , but I can speak from a personal standpoint this one does not dissapoint. Highly Suggested 👍🏻👌🏻

These people went above and beyond in order to be sure that my system was working properly. Very impressed with the follow up. As needed. If I was surprised about anything, it was there was no indication that they are working in the mountain time zone as I was in the eastern time zone. Resulting of course, in a little chagrin on my part because I didn’t know they were closed for the weekend when I was working late on a Friday night all good, recommend them highly
