As a new user, this app is awful. Firstly I spent about 45 min trying to get my first measurements documented. After losing a bunch of weight and coming back to document the difference, it turns out that my initial measurements are totally lost. Either they were erased somehow, or I didn’t save it properly. The “save” button is hidden, so it’s possible I didn’t even realize you had to save it. Then when you are actually taking your measurements, it is really hard to document properly. The app keeps jumping you to different body parts randomly. So you click on waist to measure and you hit save and then all of a sudden you realize that no, it actually saved it as a left arm measurement. So then you have to go back and redo it. And it happens to almost every single time you try to measure one specific body part, which is the whole point of the app. It is infuriating and time wasting.

It’s a good app for tracking calories with a scale. However it crashes everyday at the same time around 12:30. You can’t enter anything at all. Also if you are entering a custom food, it won’t let you enter it if it has the same name as what is already programmed in the app. This is inconvenient because the macros may be completely different.

I want to love this app, but have to agree with others that it is poorly executed. It is difficult to get new data from the scale to the app…though it does eventually show up. Getting it to sync with Apple Health is another issue. It worked once for one days weight and body fat percentage, but has not synced since that single time. I e-mailed support explaining that Apple health syncing was enabled but not working. The response was to send instructions on how to set up Apple Health and no further response since reaching out multiple times. Apple health integration is my primary reason for selecting this scale. Until this issue is corrected it is one star from me.
