It isn’t bad, the stories are good, but it isn’t free, you either have to login every day to get tokens that you can’t even get enough for to watch a new video every day or you buy tokens but each cost like 39 tokens or so which I think they do expire at some point, at least mine says 5 bonus coins or something expires in five days and I don’t know what it means and the least amount you can buy is 250 tokens which is 4.99 and gets you 6 new videos but each series is like fifty plus videos. Or you can buy a premium thing…that makes you pay weekly or yearly. So, all in all, it’s okay, quality is good, would prefer a monthly option over a weekly as I hate things like that but that’s my personal preference. I did this review to get 150 tokens. So yeah, if you have the money or the patience if you don’t, its great, but otherwise, no, not a recommended app right now

About a month ago the app glitched and I lost access to my account and for some reason my password wasn’t working so I tried to change the password. However, upon receiving the link I realized the link wouldn’t work because something was wrong on their end. I immediately emailed the app developer and was sent down a rabbit hole of “troubleshooting solutions” that never solved anything. I’d sent screenshot after screenshot, video recordings of me trying to access my account unsuccessfully, and after two weeks of back and forth with no resolution, they stopped responding all together. I tried resolving the issue across multiple devices and I have requested a new link at least 30 times to no avail. Two days prior to this I had spent $50+ paying for chapters to books and a membership that I now can’t access because the app developer has done absolutely nothing to assist me and now won’t respond to my emails asking for assistance or a refund. I have downloaded some bad apps, but this one is by far the worst I’ve encountered to date and their customer service is subpar at best.
