Bald Head Island Ferry

I’m a homeowner. You cannot book one ways. You can’t book tram one way. You cannot change reservations if you are running late one or both ways easily. Staff need to be able to count on their ferry and not be on standby. There is no way guest to the island will be able to figure this out. I don’t know why I’m surprised that Private Equity thought rolling out this half baked product during prime season was a great idea. Your guys are the worst. This app needs massive improvements . As a homeowner, I don’t have a fixed departure date but I am forced to enter one and then the tram shows up to pick me up when I am not leaving. We need some way to book one way to the island with no departure date.

I would give this app a -100 if I could. I watched the tutorial & nothing worked as it should. The app kicked me out each time I tried to put in my destination & then kept giving me a map of the port I should go out of which I had tried to put in. Thus is an epic fail:(
