If you're flying out of CLT, this app is a must. Leave the frustration at home. I love that I can book my parking online and know where I will park before I get there. Save a few dollars booking in advance, but it's cool to know the prices of every parking option The daily parking deck is what I like to use- covered parking. The shuttle is very quick. And I can also find out when the next shuttle is coming. Love that the system can read my license plate so no more fumbling for the tickets.

I dont often write reviews but i have to say that I am always so impressed when I utilize this app. I book parking, check TSA wait times … makes traveling through Charlotte a preferred choice! Just want to applaud whoever is behind the design, ease of navigation and functionality of this app.

The app lags it can take as much as 1-2 minutes for each page to open, the layout could be improved such as make the most recent booking show on the home page as it stands currently the oldest booking is the first one you see that leaves you most recent booking at the bottom of the list so, if you travel a lot as I do the list can be long. Also I have found no option to delete the old bookings.
