Our recent stay was great, and everything is as pictured. We had a few glitches though. Some were fixed and some not. The response was professional, just wished we didn’t have to spend so much time trying to get ahold of them and go without for three days. We arrived Saturday early evening and noticed right away 2 of the 3 Adirondack chairs on the balcony were broken and unuseable. After calling and leaving messages and sending emails we were still not contacted until we called again on Monday and then did not have issues addressed until Monday after 5:30 pm. We had the happy stays app to contact them and the phone number on the email, they seemed to have not received either of these. The other issues were the TVs in bedroom and living room did not work, ice maker did not work and the bathroom fan did not work. On Monday evening we did get the chairs replaced and TVs working (tvs looked like they were plugged in but didn’t have a good connection and the cable wasn’t working so we had to make several calls to the cable company.) I would highly suggest having the balcony Adirondack chairs replaced with chairs that have a view above the railing. It’s such a waste of a beautiful view to have to sit and look through bars of the railing.
