Horrible
Terrible issues with log in. Can not navigate without being logged out and then resetting password just to log back in again. With all the money Cox Health Systems are paid they could at least have an app the works. Especially since they require patients to use it!

Ridiculous
I used my user name and password to log into my account. I want to pay my bill. Not only can I not look at my bill I can’t pay it either without having an account number from a statement. I don’t have the statement. I shouldn’t need it. I’m logged into my account!!! Like a design from 30 years ago.
