I have really liked the convenience of the app for years, but over the past couple of years the quality has declined significantly. It has intermittent problems with face ID, which is annoying but at least you could still sign in. Recently, open the app and it just says loading…the circle will go round and round, but nothing will happen. No access is not ok. Even the web version doesn’t sign in sometimes.

The app has a lot of good information. The issues I have are the Face ID and deleting old messages. If it doesn’t capture your face on the initial try, it locks your Face ID out and you have to login. One attempt failed then you have to re-enter all your login information. The second issue is trying to delete old messages. Instead of being able to delete several at a time, you have to open each message and put it in the trash. It’s time-consuming if you have a lot of messages.

Every week or so I have to redownload the app to get face ID to work please fix this it’s annoying to need to uninstall it and install again.
