This app has helped me and all these bad reviews are opinions are not worth my time Shirley Bobbie Joe and others have helped me and my sobriety thanks again and they always work with me and insurance no insurance cash pay the bottom line is the have gone above and beyond to help and I am grateful
The doctor has no showed multiple times, every prescription he was supposed to call in, he didnโt and I would have to go through a huge hassle of communicating through the apps customer service rep. While they communicated with the doctor, and that in its self was a huge hassle. But then the doctor STILL did not call it in so the next day I had to do it all again, then they had me do a second visit (mind you itโs been like 3 days at this point) with the doctor to verify the issue and get him to actually call it in. Is it after all this I found out that they had charged me for a second visit which was $75 which they eventually refunded but only after it had caused me to miss a payment if something else which led to late fees, causing more missed payments and multiple other late fees the whole thing is a cascading effect. I ended up paying more fees by far than the amount that they refunded. Finally though I did get meds, but then it all happened again. This time they called me to apologize I was a few hours ago and they have not responded after saying they would get in touch with the doctor to have it fixed. So use it your own risk !!!
They are a scam - simply a "body hunter" service. They collect your personal information, claim to verify your insurance, and then claim to connect you with a provider that accepts your insurance. The provider will try to charge you a hefty fee, which they claim is a copay. However when I called my insurance, they said there is no such copay. When I asked the provider, then then said it is because they do not accept insurance, despite my insurance being listed on both their website and Klinic's website, and despite both them and Klinic claiming that they had verified my insurance and found me a provider that accepted my insurance. This is illegal - it is fraud, false and deceptive advertising, and illegal interstate commerce. My insurance company has being filing claims and complaints, and I have begun reporting them to all pertinent regulatory and legal authorities. I now have to get an attorney to ensure they properly dispose of my personal information, because of course as soon as I told them what the provider in their "network" had done (thinking this must surely just be one bad apple), they (Klinic) went radio silent, which tells me they are not only already aware, but that they are complicit and probably rely on this as their source of income. They take advantage of people in serious medical peril, lie and cheat to try and get money out of you that they have no right to, and are apparently happy to do so. They should be removed from the app store - this is highly illegal behavior, and is a federal issue since they operate across state borders, and place people's medical needs and health in jeopardy.
